Not a drawn-out, public auction process managed during an already difficult transition. Technique Global Capital acquires whole plants and industrial asset packages before conventional liquidation becomes necessary.

Technique Global Capital is led by Bipin Napal, a principal and strategic operator with three decades of experience acquiring, restructuring, and monetizing industrial assets across North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

It cannot be replicated from a balance sheet.
